All orders are carefully packaged to ensure that your hot sauce arrives in perfect condition. Our shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location.

Canada and all International orders:

USPS Priority Mail International (normally 5-14 business days)
Use USPS Priority International when shipping to any International address including Canada. Ships to P.O. Boxes or physical street addresses. USPS Priority International to some countries including Canada may carry additional fees.

FEDEX International (Available upon request) More expensive than USPS Priority International and Global Express but available for orders abroad if required. Please provide a physical street address for your order. (No P.O. Boxes Accepted!)
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of Rooster Salse Mexican Hot Sauce. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange a return or exchange. We will gladly refund or exchange any unopened and unused products. Please note that we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.
